My name is Aline (rhymes with scalene). I used to write code for a living, and then I worked as a recruiter. It wasn't that great, so I started interviewing.io to make it better. We help people get jobs based on what they can do, not how they look on paper, and the world's best companies hire great people through us.
In my efforts to make hiring less dumb, I do a lot of writing on the internet (both personal, which includes a lot of opinions, and for interviewing.io, which includes a lot of data and graphs). I also give talks and lecture intermittently at MIT about how to haggle better.
The best way to reach me is email.
